With the global expansion plan by entering new markets, SIA Attirance, Natural Handmade Cosmetics Company from Latvia , seeks a Director to manage the business development program in the United States.

Job Description

The Director will be based in Los Angeles office and serve as a principal liaison with cooperation partners and manage the retail store chain in Los Angeles, develop and maintain the franchise program across the United States.
The Director will have to control all financial and administrative activities.

Required Skills

• Organize representative office work and personnel management;
• Develop and implement plans to promote products for the Los Angeles market;
• Provide day-to-day management and oversight of the local staff;
• Coordinate cooperation with clients and organize meetings, attract new partners for Master franchise and develop the franchise business in the US;
• Budget and financial reconciliation and control; Personnel monitoring and objectives control.
- Create, manage and organize Attirance pilot retail store daily business



Required Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, international relations or related field; graduate degree preferred;
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a director’s or in a leading position;
• Extensive experience working in the US, in marketing and sales;
• Excellent English language skills,
• Financial management experience
